We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to lead the end-to-end planning, design and execution of data migration activities within a major Customer Transformation Program.



The role will focus on migrating customer data from legacy systems to the target Kraken platform, ensuring accuracy, readiness and successful cutover.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including mapping, transformation, testing, reconciliation, dry runs and production execution.
n
Develop migration strategies, runbooks and cutover plans.
n
Coordinate technical and business teams, dependencies and critical path activities.
n
Drive data mapping and transformation logic with Data Engineers and Business Analysts.
n
Lead migration readiness, remediation and release activities.
n
Manage risks, issues, governance and stakeholder communications.
n
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary data migration team.
n

Key Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong experience in data migration, data integration or data engineering.
n
Proven experience delivering large-scale data migration and transformation programs.
n
Strong understanding of data mapping, ETL/ELT, data modelling and transformation.
n
Experience with APIs, integration patterns, migration tooling and reconciliation.
n
Energy retail or CRM/billing platform experience, particularly Kraken, is advantageous.
