Can you partner with the business and deliver advice across a range of Human Resource activities? You opportunity is to provide advice and guidance to the business managers to implement human resource and employee relations policies and practices to shape and reinforce a workplace performance culture. You will participate on the management team and manage the key Human Resource activities and projects across the organisation. There is a direct report and team to build. As you would expect a core focus is the end-to-end management of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit, and participating in projects and improvement activities to deliver Human Resource support to achieve the business strategy and outcomes.
