Road Sweeper, Ride-On Sweeper & Pressure Washing Operators – Sydney (Milperra)

Specialized Cleaning Group and Hydra-Wash Australia are expanding our Sydney operations and are looking for reliable, safety-focused operators to join our team based in Milperra.
n
Our work covers road sweeping, ride-on sweeping and high-pressure cleaning across construction sites, commercial properties, industrial facilities, car parks, roads and public areas throughout Sydney.
n
Experience is welcome but not essential. If you have the right attitude, are reliable and willing to learn, we provide full on-the-job training.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Operating road sweepers and ride-on sweepers across the Sydney metro area
n
Carrying out commercial and industrial high-pressure cleaning
n
Cleaning roads, construction sites, car parks, pavements and public areas
n
Conducting pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance
n
Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any faults
n
Working safely around live traffic,



construction sites and operational facilities
n
Following site, environmental and WHS requirements
n
Maintaining equipment and presenting machinery professionally
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
Valid HR truck licence essential for road sweeper operators
n
Current driver's licence for ride-on sweeper and pressure washing roles
n
Reliable and able to work independently
n
Willingness to work early mornings, nights and weekends when rostered
n
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
n
Good communication skills and a professional attitude onsite
n
Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
n
Sweeping, pressure washing, construction or heavy vehicle experience is an advantage, but not essential
n
