A high profile Federal Government Agency is looking to engagean experienced
IT Change Manager
to support a major ICT and business transformation program. The successful
ICT Change Manager
will be responsible for delivering organisational and IT change initiatives effectively and efficiently and to support people leaders to lead their teams through change. The successful
IT Change Manager
will be offered an
initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for the further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The
IT Change Manager
will be responsible for but not limited to;
Leading a specialist team to design and deliver strategic, innovative and inclusive change strategies, communications and content that support the department's Corporate Plan objectives.
Establishing working relationships with key stakeholders
Delivering change management outcomes on schedule, within budget and aligned with organisational goals and objectives.




Engaging with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed and accurate change impact assessments.
The
IT Change Manager
will have experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience of in leading enterprise-wide change within software development or IT projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating change management activities
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the impact of changes and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills to effectively manage tasks
Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, project teams and end-users

will be offered a long-term contract through to
