Serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert leading targeted engagements to accelerate product adoption
n
Lead the full adoption journey from baselining customer environments to providing feedback for product roadmap
n
Document adoption plans, site matrices, and communications for project alignment
n
Guide customers on strategic decisions and lead architectural initiatives
n
n
Requirements
n
n
7+ years in security consulting or technical customer success roles
n
Expert-level knowledge of Secure Access, Umbrella, DUO, ISE, NGFW, Secure Workload, and XDR/SNA
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
n
Multiple advanced certifications (CISSP or CISM plus CCIE preferred)
n
n
Core Competencies
n
Demonstrates expert-level knowledge in Secure Access, Umbrella, DUO, ISE, NGFW, Secure Workload, and XDR/SNA, while effectively guiding customers through the product adoption journey and leading architectural initiatives.
