Àerre, Australia's quick-growing fragrance brand, is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead our Queensland retail network from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving sales, coaching store teams and building a high-performance culture.

You will spend time on the shop floor, travel regularly across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, recruit and develop leaders, and partner with Head Office to implement growth initiatives. A passion for people and retail is essential.
