WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
n
n
Manage import shipments from booking through to delivery
n
Liaise with International Agents, Carriers and Vendors
n
Work with internal departments to streamline operations
n
Track and Trace Import Sea files, ensuring accurate and UpToDate files.
n
Effective communication with overseas offices and agents
n
Coordinate customs clearance requirements with internal brokerage team
n
Identify opportunities to provide additional services and add value to clients
n
n




WHAT YOU WILL BRING
n
n
3-5 years' local experience within Import Sea Operations
n
EDI Cargowise software experience
n
Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation
n
Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations
n
Providing Strong Customer Service with a Positive attitude
n
Clear concise written and oral communication
n
n
