What you'll be doing

Leadership & Motivation - Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, identifying and nurturing future leaders through talent development and succession planning initiatives, while providing ongoing feedback and support to drive individual and team success.

Strategic Thinking - Drive store profitability, productivity and operational excellence by managing performance metrics, controlling budgets, leveraging workforce planning tools, and leading initiatives that enhance efficiencies and reduce costs.
