Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking experienced CW2 Civil Labourers to join a leading civil contractor working across major subdivision and civil construction projects in Toowoomba.

Genuine progression into Machine Operator and Leading Hand roles
Your Day-to-Day Duties
General civil labouring across subdivision and earthworks projects
Assisting with trenching, drainage, pits and pipe
Site preparation and clean-up
Assisting excavator and other plant operators




Spotting machinery and working around heavy plant
Installing conduits and assisting with underground services
Operating plant where appropriately ticketed
Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
What You'll Need
Previous civil or subdivision experience
White Card – essential
Relevant machine tickets/VOCs highly regarded
Current Driver's Licence
Reliable transport
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong commitment to safety
