On the cusp of transformational change, a need has arisen for apart-timeOrganisational Development Business Partner that can build capability in their Managers and embed sustainable change.
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development you will partner with the business to coach and collaborate to ensure that they are supported through the change.
The infrastructure is being built for the change it is a great time to build and improve.
You will also support other projects like employee engagement and wellbeing, capability development, leadership capability and programs to embed positive behaviours.
This is a great opportunity that will suit someone that has the ability to work independently and collaboratively, is able to inspire, coach and develop others whilst managingchange and lead with confidence.
Please note that this role is a part time position 0.8, a 6 month contract and $110k prorata.
