WA Football Regional Talent Coach – Goldfields
WA Football is seeking a
Regional Talent Coach – Goldfields
to lead the identification, development and support of talented young footballers throughout the Goldfields.
This part-time role (0.5FTE) will be
based in Kalgoorlie
and work closely with players, families, clubs, leagues, schools, communities and pathway partners to provide high-quality talent development opportunities across the region.
The primary focus is to
holistically develop and support Goldfields footballers and increase the number of players participating in WA Talent Pathways.
The successful candidate will identify emerging talent, provide high-quality coaching and individual development support,



and help players access representative and talent pathway opportunities.
This includes supporting the development of players both on and off the field and connecting them with appropriate specialist support and development opportunities where required.
Central to the role will be a solid understanding of the Goldfields and the ability to build trusted relationships across its diverse communities.
Player development will be delivered within a culturally competent framework that prioritises the wellbeing and development of young people.
