Wesfarmers Health is seeking a energetic Shift Manager for the PM Shift at Brisbane Fulfilment Centre. You will lead a team during the 2 PM – 10 PM shift, ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently and in alignment with business goals.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage Team Managers and Labour Hire, drive safety standards and KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement across the distribution centre.
