Stamford Plaza Brisbane, a flagship 5‐star hotel, seeks a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor for La Boca restaurant.
Lead a rapid-paced team, ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction while highlighting authentic Argentinian cuisine.
You will supervise staff, manage stock and scheduling, and uphold health and safety standards.
RSA is required; RMLV highly regarded; Micros POS experience is desirable.
