Ability to read, write, and review technical specifications and engineering documentation
Experience with systems engineering and assurance activities such as Safety in Design, HAZOP, FMECA, RAM, and Human Factors would be advantageous, but not necessary.
Experience interpreting power system studies and design outputs, including SLDs, protection coordination, load flow, fault studies, harmonics, EMC, and cable sizing would be advantageous, but not necessary.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Customer‐focused mindset with commercial awareness
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects, including cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing sub-contractor relationships, vendor deliverables, and customer expectations
