Western District Health Service in Melbourne, VIC, seeks an experienced Registered/Enrolled Nurse for after-hours clinical triage.
This remote role requires solid clinical judgement to triage and prioritise resident care needs.
Shifts include Saturday 3:00 PM–10:00 PM and Sunday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
You will review requests from Residential Aged Care Homes, determine urgency, and coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for timely care.
