About the role:
As a Support Officer for Service Delivery, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and make this role your own by coordinating and overseeing all Service Delivery administrative tasks.
You will be the go‐to for our Civil South Lead Team providing them with high‐level support.

What the role will involve:
Guide and influence administrative activities within Service Delivery, involving delegation of work to other administrative roles within the region
Proactively coordinate and provide administrative support across the Service Delivery team for activities such as lead team meetings and diary management




Support the Civil South Lead Team to ensure business plan deliverables are managed and met on time
Support the training, health and wellbeing programs and resource allocation of the service delivery teams
Assist to develop the administrative function within Service Delivery to ensure the success of the team
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
Promote and encourage a safety culture across the business unit, coordinating meetings, agendas and minutes as required
Key skills and experience:
Substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large state‐wide multifunctional organisation
Experience using SAP and the Microsoft suite
Demonstrated skills in interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Sound knowledge of procedures and protocols for Incident and Executive Meetings
Current WA 'C' class drivers' license
