Fellini1s brings the perfect mix of casual and Mediterranean dining.
We're looking for a vibrant Café Supervisor to lead service and support the day-to-day operations of the café.
If you're passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love developing outstanding teams, we'd love to hear from you.
What youll be doing:
Leading and motivating a team of baristas team during breakfast service
Ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Assisting with staff training, onboarding and development
Managing rosters, stock control and ordering
Maintaining high presentation, cleanliness and service standards
Supporting the venue leadership team with daily operations
What were looking for:
Previous experience in a café or restaurant leadership role
A confident and approachable leader who leads by example
An understanding of coffee and how to execute the perfect pour
Strong organisational and communication skills
Passion for hospitality,

Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Experience with POS systems and hospitality technology is highly regarded
