About the Role
As the Business Performance Manager, you'll play akey role in monitoring business performance across multiple departments,ensuring teams are aligned with company goals and delivering measurableresults.
You'll lead performance reviews, track key metrics, and identifyopportunities to improve systems, processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse daily reports of keyperformance indicators (KPIs) across various departments
Partner with senior leaders to align performancemetrics with strategic objectives
Analyse operational data to uncover trends,risks and opportunities for improvement
Lead regular performance reviews, facilitateplanning sessions and implement improvement initiatives
Investigate root causes of underperformance andimplement solutions to resolve issues




Drive continuous improvement initiatives usingframeworks such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile
Analyse and report on performance reports anddashboards to senior leadership
Provide insights and recommendations to supportbetter business decision-making
Requirements
About You
Proven experience in a performance management,business analysis, or continuous improvement role
Robust understanding of KPIs, performanceframeworks, and cross-functional operations
Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving andstakeholder engagement
Skilled in interpretation of analytical KPI data
Experience with continuous improvementmethodologies is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce,Operations Management or a related field (MBA highly regarded)
