About us
We're a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability.
In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.
This means we often do things differently.
Since we began in ****, we've made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.
Our clients tell us they notice this difference, and for many it's had a profound impact on their lives.
Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.
Looking for staff to support a client in her 60's needing 1:1 high physical support needs, 24/7 care with inactive overnights, 2:1 morning shifts.
To do a great job, you'll need:
Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values.
Confidence to navigate day-to-day challenges calmly and thoughtfully
Experience with high medical needs including complex bowel and catheter care

Experience supporting people with high physical needs, manual handling and hoist transfers.
Experience in personal care (showering and dressing) and assistance with domestic duties (meal preparation and housekeeping).
Have outstanding patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client
Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live excellent lives
Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals.
For example, supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program
Full drivers licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients vehicle
A word about diversity and inclusion
At InLife, diversity and inclusion is part of our DNA.
We celebrate the amazing differences we all bring to our work and we actively ensure that everyone feels safe and supported in our workplaces.
We welcome and encourage applications from everyone and our hiring decisions will never be based on things such as your gender identity, disability, age, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or cultural background - because they simply aren't relevant to doing an awesome job (and you are protected from this kind of discrimination under Australian law)
We also know that we continue to learn more about inclusion every day, so if there is something you think we could do differently to make InLife a place you could picture yourself working, we're all ears.
