They have a brand new HR team and they are working together to create great experiences for their employees.
As such they are looking for a fresh set of eyes to come in and look after their internal recruitment.
Even though this is an initial 6 monthcontract, theorganisationbelieves in promotion from within so you never know where it could go.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will be:
Supporting the business to identify recruitment needs
Being the first point of contact for all recruitment queries
Create strong talent pipelines and communicate with existing talent pools




Recruitment administration including generating employee contracts, employment packs and co-facilitating on-boarding with Managers
Co-facilitating assessmentcentres
You will:
Preferably, you have a background in retail/high volume recruitment - agency is totally cool
Proven end to end recruitment experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build solid relationships
Strong attention to detail
A proactive approach taking initiative and problem solving
6 monthcontract!
