Associate/Senior Associate, Infrastructure & Real Assets Investing
The Associate/Senior Associate role at StepStone Group in Sydney focuses on supporting investment activities in infrastructure and real assets.

What You'll Do
Support research and due diligence on investment opportunities.
Perform financial modeling and analysis for various investment scenarios.
Write and review memos and presentations for investment decisions.
Build relationships with investment partners and clients.
Collaborate with team members to deliver client mandates.
Train and oversee analysts in the team.
What You Need
4 to 7 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, or related fields.
A Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics.




Experience in infrastructure investments is preferred.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Effective communication and client management skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the infrastructure market and relationships with managers is a plus.
