Clinical Engagement Manager ANZ
to join our senior leadership team. This role isbased in Sydney.
This high-impact position is responsible for leading clinical engagement initiatives across
OPSM, Laubman & Pank, and EyeQ
, helping shape the future of eyecare through communication, recruitment, professional development, and strategic project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver centralised eyecare communications across Australia and New Zealand.
Drive clinical recruitment, talent attraction, and workforce engagement initiatives.
Develop and execute professional events, conferences, roadshows, and stakeholder engagement programs.
Manage trade media relationships and clinical communications activities.
Lead the execution of strategic ANZ projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple brands and stakeholder groups.
Partner with senior leaders to influence clinical strategy, professional standards, and business outcomes.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and engagement across the eyecare network.
About You
Demonstrated experience in optometry leadership and management.
Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
Strong project management and execution capabilities.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational delivery with long-term planning.
