THE ROLE:
n
n
Assisting Sales Agent with PA / Admin duties
n
Organizing Sales Agents listing collateral including market updates, contract of sale etc;
n
Prospecting required
n
Uploading and arranging open home schedule with property occupant
n
Preparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet.
n




Liaising with all conveyances, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms
n
n
ABOUT YOU:
n
n
Min 6 months experience in a similar real estate sales role role
n
Natural enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude.
n
Impeccable attention to detail
n
Real Estate experience is desired but not essential
n
Agents Rep Certificate
n
n
