Reporting to the GM of People and Culture, you will develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement in ongoing career development, enhancing the Learning Culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensuring that the workforce meets their goals for their learning plan.
Making a difference in people's lives, you will be developing L&D; strategic plans, designing and implementing L&D; solutions, analysing skill gaps,



managing L&D; programs, introducing future-focused learning solutions, developing a Quality Assurance Framework, implementing performance criteria, providing L&D; guidance, develop L&D; policies, just to name a few.
With one direct report, this is a rewarding role that requires a hands‐on approach coupled with a strategic mindset.
