What You'll Be Doing
n
Leading and developing a team of asset finance brokers — coaching, mentoring, and driving performance
n
Running your own personal production alongside your team (and getting paid well for both)
n
Building and onboarding new broker and referral partners
n
Managing deal flow from lead to settlement, maintaining high compliance and service standards
n
Working closely with management to shape the direction of the brokerage
n

The commission structure is built around three earning pools:

Team Revenue — earn on your team's collective performance. The better they do, the better you do.

Personal Production — your own settled deals earn their own commission rate. You're still a player, not just a coach.

Partner & Recent Business — bring new broker or referral partners into the Lodge network and earn on sign-up and on their ongoing production trail.

What We're Looking For
n
Proven asset finance experience with strong knowledge of financial products and lending criteria
n
Prior leadership or senior broker experience — you know how to get the best out of people
n
A consistent track record of hitting and exceeding targets
n
Strong lender relationships and the commercial instinct to build new ones
n
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable but not essential — we're open to the right person)
n
Compliance-aware and detail-oriented with a solid understanding of regulatory obligations in financial services
n
Comfortable in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment
n
