The Role
n
You will take full ownership of warehouse operations across two shifts, leading two supervisors and their teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-performing outcomes. This role suits a hands-on leader who is passionate about continuous improvement and building strong operational discipline on the floor.

Key Responsibilities
n
Lead and manage warehouse operations across two shifts, including direct oversight of two supervisors and floor staff
n
Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and driving down incidents
n
Develop, implement and embed continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes
n
Establish and manage KPIs to drive performance, accountability and efficiency
n
Design and implement robust warehouse processes and standard operating procedures
n
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control and warehouse layout optimisation
n
Manage labour planning,



rostering and shift coverage across the operation
n
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, quality and operational standards
n
Build a high-performing team culture through coaching, development and clear performance expectations
n
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics and production teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
n
About You
n
Proven experience leading a warehouse or distribution operation, including multi-shift environments
n
Demonstrated experience managing supervisors and larger frontline teams
n
Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies and practical application
n
Solid understanding of WHS and safety leadership in a warehouse setting
n
Experience setting and managing KPIs to drive operational performance
n
Solid process improvement and problem-solving capability
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) highly regarded
n
