About the Role
n
As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive sales of Planit's cutting-edge solutions, build strong client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Based in Brisbane, you'll focus on expanding our local market presence.

Key Responsibilities
n

Drive sales growth by securing new clients and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
n
Build and manage a balanced pipeline across technical testing, quality engineering, and digital solutions.
n
Create strategic account plans to acquire key targets in Brisbane.
n
Meet revenue, margin, and order intake targets with accurate forecasting.
n
Respond to tenders and advocate for Planit's value proposition via client engagements and social media.
n
Collaborate with delivery teams to support complex projects and foster client advocacy.
n
Proven track record in meeting sales targets in IT, solutions, or consultative sales.
n




Strong ability to identify and close pipeline opportunities quickly.
n
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging senior executives.
n
Established network in Brisbane including public sector contacts (State/Regional government).
n
Experience in contract negotiation, pipeline management, and multi-year account planning.
n
Team player with a proactive, results‐driven mindset.
