We're a seasonal décor brand looking for experienced Pickers & Packers to join our warehouse team during our busiest time of year.
n
These are casual seasonal positions running from August through to early December, with the possibility of extension depending on business demand.
n
We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who are comfortable in a rapid-paced warehouse environment and can hit the ground running.
n
About the Role
n
n
Casual seasonal employment from August to December
n
Up to 5 shifts per week
n
Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 days per week
n
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
n
Additional shifts available during our September / October peak period, including:n
n
Morning shifts commencing from 7:00am
n
Afternoon/evening shifts starting from 3:00pm finishing as late as 11:00pm
n
n
8-hour shifts available
n
Award wages and applicable casual loading/penalty rates
n
Breaks include 2 x 15-minute paid rest breaks and 1 x 30-minute unpaid meal break
n
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
This is a hands-on warehouse role where accuracy, pace and reliability are important. Duties include:
n
n
Picking and packing wholesale orders
n
Picking and packing e-commerce orders
n
Unloading and unpacking containers
n
Receiving and organising stock
n
Stocktakes and inventory checks
n
Preparing orders for dispatch




n
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
n
General warehouse duties as required
n
n
About You
n
Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience is essential.
n
We're looking for people who:
n
n
Have previous experience in a fast-paced picking and packing environment
n
Have strong attention to detail and can pick orders accurately
n
Are reliable, punctual and committed to rostered shifts
n
Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
n
Are available for at least 3 shifts per week
n
Have a positive attitude and are willing to help wherever needed
n
Understand the importance of workplace health and safety
n
n
Forklift or reach truck experience is highly regarded. Applicants operating machinery must hold a current Victorian LF licence.
n
Group Interviews
n
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a group interview session.
n
As well as relevant warehouse experience, we'll be looking for people who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, communication and a positive attitude.
