What You'll Do
n
As part of the IT team, you'll learn valuable skills while supporting staff across the business. Your day could include:
n
n
Being the first point of contact for IT support and Help Desk enquiries
n
Setting up and maintaining computers, laptops and mobile devices
n
Assisting with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
n
Supporting Wi‐Fi, printers and connectivity across the business
n
Helping roll out new software and technology upgrades
n
Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions
n
Monitoring systems and reporting any issues
n
Working alongside experienced IT professionals on projects and daily operations
n
Learning how business technology systems work in a real-world environment
n

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience. We're looking for motivated school leavers who:

Have recently completed, or are completing, their HSC
n
Have an interest in technology and computers
n
Are eager to learn and develop new skills
n
Communicate well and enjoy helping others
n
Can manage their time and work effectively in a team
n
Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality
n
Hold a Driver's Licence (or working towards)
