The Organisation

We are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Consultants for our client operating in the Financial and Technology Industry. Located in St Leonards, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team across the APAC Region. This role is a 6-month contract with hybrid work-from-home options readily available, however must be based in Sydney.

The successful applicant will work with our corporate clients assisting in their Customer Service team. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role.

Mandarin AND Cantonese Proficiency in speaking and writing is required.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Responding to all customer enquiries via inbound calls regarding products, returns and placing orders.
n
Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to all stakeholders of the business and ensuring accurate data is maintained.
n
Assisting the sales and marketing team with promotional activities when required.
n

Proficiency in Mandarin AND Cantonese

Hours of Work
n
The role operates on a rotating roster. You must be able to work any day and time as the Contact Centre operates 7 days per week 24 hours per day.
