Retail Smart Group is seeking a hands-on Growth/Paid Acquisition specialist to scale our D2C eCommerce. You'll run paid campaigns on Meta and Google, benchmark competitors, and translate insights into testable hypotheses.

You'll maintain a live backlog of offers, landing pages, and funnels, build onsite tests with our developer, and create AI tooling to speed up the next round of work. The role focuses on speed and measurable results.
