Job Description
Brighte is seeking a complaints specialist to own the end-to-end process from triage to resolution, navigating complex, high-risk cases across credit products and vendors. You will represent Brighte in AFCA and other EDR forums while identifying root causes to improve systems.

You will stay ahead of RG 271, AFCA processes, ASIC Act, CCA and Privacy Act and use AI thoughtfully to assist, not replace, judgement.
