About the Role

Our client is a well-respected Queensland based construction company delivering a range of exceptional services to Clients in the disability and support at home sectors. Following consistent growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Estimator Assessor.
n
The key tasks include attending site, engaging with customers & clients, before producing detailed Scopes of Work for Home Modifications on domestic houses.
n
You will work closely with an existing team, including an experienced supervisor, regarding construction methodology & budgets. It is important we quote in a timely manner, meet KPI's & continually strive for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & You
n
n
An ability to formulate Scopes of Work for modification of domestic houses, including level-access Bathrooms & Ramps.
n




Demonstrated enthusiasm and proven success in meeting deadlines and targets.
n
Ability to estimate the cost of home modification / renovation works.
n
Demonstrate a robust understanding of complex residential construction and Australian standards and codes.
n
Be self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail and be computer literate.
n
Carpentry, Builder low rise license or supervisor license preferred.
n
n
We will provide training in our processes, on the industry specific construction aspects & the IT programs utilised.
n
