Core (Generic) Skills and Experience Vendor and Stakeholder Management
n
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, delivery partners, andbusiness stakeholders.
n
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to ensuresuccessful project outcomes.
n
Architecture Governance and Presentation Skills
n
Proven experience preparing and presenting solution designs,
architectureartefacts,
and recommendations to governance forums.
n
Ability to engage with Transport governance bodies, including ArchitectureDesign Review Forum (ADRF),



Architecture Governance Design Authority (AGDA).
n
Compliance and Assurance Support
n
Experience supporting and contributing to internal assurance and
complianceactivities,
including:
n
Cyber Security Assessments
n
Records Management Assessments
n
Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA)
n
Other governance, risk, and compliance reviews as required.
n
Demonstrated experience with enterprise CRM platforms suchas Salesforce.
n
Ability to design and integrate CRM solutions to support business processes andcustomer engagement.
n
Database Design and Migration
n
Strong experience in Oracle database design, implementation, optimisation, andmigration.
n
Knowledge of database modernisation and migration best practices.
n
Data Architecture and Analytics
n
Experience defining and implementing data architecture solutions, includingdata modelling, integration, governance, and analytics platforms.
n
Understanding of data management principles and data-driven decision-
makingcapabilities.
