Currently we seeking applications from experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our operational team in berry nsw

The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:
n
3 years + experiences in a management stream in hospitality sectors
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to Recruiting, training and supervising staff
n
The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
n
Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
n
Anticipate and attend to the guest's requirements and desires immediately.
n
Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant's menus
n
Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
n
Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members
n




Maintain high standards and lead by example
n
Key Qualifications & experience
n
Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with
n
outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in
n
the similar stream.
n
Tasks & responsibilities (but not limited)
n
Manage rostering, staffing, and stock management, navigate restaurant compliance,
n
oversee profit & loss, budgets, promotion, and supporting the kitchen team for new
n
menu as per the market needs.
n
As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary
n
Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred.
