A Training Programme Director is sought to lead and support the Postgraduate Dean in delivering a broad range of functions within their specialty, aligned to NHS England mandates.

The role includes coordinating educational quality improvement, workforce development, and specialty training governance, with secondments and IAT processes as applicable. Contract until 31 March ****, with potential review.
