Harrison Barratt Group (HBG) is a leading construction, civil and engineering labour-hire and recruitment company supporting major infrastructure and construction projects across NSW.

Due to continued project demand, we are expanding our pool of experienced plant operators and civil workers.
n
We regularly have roles and shifts to fill daily, with many of our personnel working *****+ hours per week.
n
n
Ongoing civil work + overtime, weekends & night shifts available
n
White Card essential + VOC/SOA where required
n
12+ months operating experience preferred
n
n

Excavator Operators
n
Grader Operators
n
Roller Operators
n
Loader Operators
n
Moxy / ADT Operators
n
Posi Track Operators
n
Water Cart Operators
n
Civil Labourers & Skilled Civil Workers
n
Additional plant roles as projects come online
n

Minimum Requirements:
n
n




Proven experience operating relevant plant or working in civil construction
n
12+ months operating experience preferred (be honest about capability and tickets)
n
White Card (Essential)
n
VOC / SOA (Where Required)
n
Physically fit (some sites can be demanding)
n
Driver's Licence & Transport (Preferred)
n
Willingness to travel if required (we aim to keep you local where possible)
n
