We're partnering with a growing medical device company seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Trauma sales professional to drive commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a field based position with responsibility for expanding market share, developing surgeon and hospital relationships, managing distribution partners and identifying new business opportunities across the region.

The Ideal Candidate
n
n
3+ years of Orthopaedic Trauma sales experience
n
Recent experience within trauma products during the last 12 months
n
Solid knowledge of plates, screws and fixation systems
n
Proven track record selling into hospitals and working with orthopaedic surgeons
n
Commercially minded with strong business development skills
n
Willing to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand
n

What You'll Be Doing

Growing sales and market share across the territory
n
Developing relationships with surgeons, hospitals and key decision makers
n
Managing and expanding distributor networks
n
Identifying new business opportunities and market trends
n
Supporting commercial activities, forecasting and territory planning
