You will lead the Customer Service team, implement customer service standards and governance, and use insights to identify systemic improvements across digital and non-digital channels.
You willpartner with senior leaders to embed a customer-focused culture, improve accountability and deliver practical, sustainable service improvements, reporting to the Director Community.
