Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Analyst to play a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a Warehouse Management System.
n Acting as a link between Warehouse Operations, IT and external partners, you will support the successful WMS transition before moving into BAU support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation, configuration and optimisation of Blue Yonder WMS.
n
Conduct gap analysis between warehouse processes and WMS/ERP capabilities.
n
Investigate and resolve WMS integration and interface issues.
n
Develop and execute test scenarios, including system testing and UAT.
n
Support warehouse processes across inventory, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
n
Assist with WMS data migration and operational readiness.
n
Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Provide ongoing system support and incident management.
n

About You
n

Strong Blue Yonder WMS experience, including implementation and transition into BAU.
n
Experience integrating Blue Yonder WMS with ERP systems.
n
Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
n
Experience with warehouse automation and process optimisation.
n
Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
Comfortable working across IT, operations and external vendors.
