Bellarine Community Health (BCH) is an independent not-for-profit community health organisation supporting more than 6,000 clients across the Bellarine Peninsula each year through a workforce of approximately 165 staff and 90 volunteers.

An exciting executive leadership opportunity exists to join BCH's Executive Team and lead a diverse portfolio spanning child and family services, youth mental health and wellbeing, oral health, disability services, health promotion and community-based programs.
n
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director Child, Youth & Families will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio comprising approximately 38 FTE, four direct reports and annual revenue of approximately $7 million. The role will play a key part in strengthening service performance, developing leadership capability, improving access and care,



enhancing partnerships and supporting the long-term sustainability of the portfolio.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and values-driven executive leader with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, build solid stakeholder relationships, improve organisational performance and deliver high-quality services within complex health or human services environments.
