About The Role
As a Project Manager in the City Projects team, you will lead the delivery of construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing construction and infrastructure projects
Coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders
Managing project budgets, schedules, risks and contracts
Building strong relationships and driving successful project outcomes
You can also expect to:
Monitor project budgets, progress claims, variations and extensions of time.
Provide advice on project delivery, contract management and regulatory requirements.
Undertake quality, safety and environmental compliancereviews, including site inspections.
Participate in procurement activities, including tender evaluation and contractor engagement.
Liaise with stakeholders and respond to community enquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project financial close-out and capitalisation in accordance with Council policies and procedures.

Salary: $124,203 to $139,107 plus superannuation.
Applicants will be required to satisfactorily undertake a Criminal History Check, Medical and/or Working with Children check in accordance with the position.
