Future Asset Management is a consultancy specialising in AI and asset management for the mining industry. We help mining operations turn sensor, equipment and operational data into smarter decisions.

We're inviting expressions of interest from experienced engineers & data scientists to design and build operational solutions for our mining clients.

About the role
n
You'll build and deploy data-driven solutions and applications that connect operational/sensor data to the people who act on it — real-time dashboards, event and alerting workflows, digital-twin style models of physical assets, and decision-support tools used on-site. You'll work closely with our consulting team and client stakeholders to translate problems into working solutions.

This is a hands‐on delivery role in live industrial environments, so practical experience matters more than theory.

What we're looking for
n

Proven experience developing applications on low-code / configurable industrial (IIoT)



data-stream platforms — building real-time data pipelines, event processing, alerting and operational dashboards.
n
Deep mining industry experience, particularly in Maintenance or Production areas. You understand assets, failure modes, and how mine sites actually run.
n
Comfort working with OT / sensor / historian data and integrating it with enterprise and asset-management systems.
n
Solid grasp of APIs, data integration and secure, scalable system design in industrial settings.
n
Ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with both technical and operational stakeholders.

Highly regarded
n
n
Background with digital twins, predictive-maintenance solutions.
n
Familiarity with asset management / EAM / CMMS platforms used in mining.
n
Databricks, Cloud, version control (Git), automated testing and CI/CD experience.
