Provide guidance, define team goals and tasks, mentor, and coach Service Technicians
n
Lead technicians providing installation, repair, and fix services across dental market segments
n
Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve the national service strategy
n
Perform field service duties for customers while leading the team
n
Manage customer issues, including escalation and resolution
n
Manage spare parts inventory
n
Enhance service delivery and contribute to the success of the organisation
n
Develop the team and foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture
n

Requirements

Proven people leadership experience within a technical field service environment
n
Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
n
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
n
Solid customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
n
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Pronto, or similar systems
n
Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
n
Valid/current driver's licence
n
