As a Dental Assistant at Charlestown Dental Care, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. This is a casual role ****** hours per week) based in our modern practice located in Charlestown.

What you'll be doing

Assisting dentists with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures
n
Sterilising and preparing dental instruments and equipment
n
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic files
n
Welcoming and greeting patients, and escorting them to the treatment areas
n
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries and concerns
n
Ensuring the dental practice is clean, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
n
What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team
n




Robust attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
n
A friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude towards patients
n
Experience in a dental practice or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable but not essential
n
The ability to work well as part of a team and independently as needed
