Letz Travel is a premium travel firm specialising in world-class sporting and group experiences through our two core brands: Sporting Detours (event / hospitality travel experiences) and Youth Sports Travel (school/academy/club touring / travel).

We are seeking a high-energy, commercially minded Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue through a dual-focus strategy: personally closing high-value deals and building a robust network of B2B strategic alliances.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our market growth.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit aggressive targets across both premium event travel and youth group solutions.
n
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure long-term alliances with sporting bodies, schools, clubs, academies, and corporate partners to ensure consistent lead flow.
n
End-to-End Management: Lead the full lifecycle from prospecting and commercial negotiation to VIP account management.
n
Commercial Discipline: Establish a high-performing sales process using CRM data to track ROI, forecasting, and partner attribution.
n
Leadership: Mentor a future sales team and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of the "Letz Travel" premium standard.

Required Experience
n
Proven track record in senior Sales/Partnerships within sports travel, school / club travel, MICE, or premium hospitality.
n
Robust history of personally achieving revenue targets and closing complex, high-value contracts.
n
Expert negotiation skills with the ability to structure win-win B2B agreements.
n
Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and school / club boards.
n
Existing network within the Australian sporting landscape or private school sector (highly preferred).
n
Previous experience as a travel consultant (Sabre) beneficial but not essential
