Hunter Primary Care in the Newcastle region is seeking an Aboriginal Peer Navigator to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people facing complex mental health and psychosocial challenges. You will walk alongside community to navigate health and social systems, drawing on cultural strengths to empower wellbeing.
