Clayton Utz in Sydney seeks an experienced senior lawyer to join our Office of General Counsel. This is a substantive in-house role advising senior leaders on commercial and compliance matters central to the firm's operations.
You will report to the General Counsel and handle client engagement terms, supplier agreements, contracting issues and regulatory compliance, with a robust emphasis on conflicts management and risk mitigation across the business.
