This is a full-time role for someone who is passionate about pastry, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and is motivated to continually grow their skills. Working in beautifully designed facilities with a progressive workplace culture, you'll be part of the team responsible for producing our signature viennoiserie to the highest standards. You'll bring both technical skill and a willingness to collaborate, while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency across every stage of production.

What the role involves:
n
n
Hands-on production of viennoiserie from start to finish
n
Working across multiple production areas (kitchen and cube/lamination)
n
Ensuring that high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation are maintained to company standards
n




Working as part of a cohesive team to meet daily production goals
n
Contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
n
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a pastry production or restaurant kitchen
n
Ideally has experience in lamination and baking
n
Demonstrates resilience, accountability, and a positive attitude
n
Is motivated, ambitious, and determined to excel in their craft
n
Has full working rights in Australia, can work full-time hours and is flexible with their rostered days
n
