motivated Bilingual Real Estate Sales Agent (English & Mandarin)
to join our high-performing
Double Bay office
.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced agent who is passionate about building strong client relationships within the local and Chinese-speaking communities while leveraging the strength of the Highland brand.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
Manage listings from commencement through to settlement
Prepare and present sales proposals and appraisal documentation
Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer appointments




Follow up buyer enquiries and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective property campaigns, including social media, print advertising, signage, and digital marketing
Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
Consistently achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business growth objectives
Represent the Highland brand professionally within the local marketplace and Chinese-speaking community

Essential Requirements
Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (minimum)
Previous residential real estate sales experience
Fluent English communication skills
Mandarin language skills necessary (spoken and written)
Proven ability to build and manage a strong client network
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Professional presentation and personal brand
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
